We are hiring the Quality Assurance Specialist position in St. Augustine, FL. Please see below for all essential details and requirements in order to be considered for this position:

Job Summary
The Quality Assurance Admin Specialist is a highly responsible position which has direct impact with all sites related Quality programs required for compliance. The position requires excellent organizational skills and has higher level of experience with Excel and Word computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops tools for managing Quality programs
• Understanding of program requirements for Organic, Kosher, Food Safety and GMP/NSF certification is preferred
• Monitor Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) for compliance
• Data entry, review, and verification of data entered into multiple production reports and spreadsheets
• Must follow company's food safety, operational, and food defense guidelines
• Review of and approval of finished product, packaging, and labeling information
• Assist in Mock Recalls
• Maintain accurate and organized records
• Maintain, conduct, and uphold audit readiness at all times
• Maintain customer product specifications
• Knowledge of processing, manufacturing, and quality control procedures is preferred

Requirements

• 2-year degree preferred. High school diploma is required
• Strong oral and written skills
• Good knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Analytics software
• Quality experience, policy creating and managing, and development of improvement
• Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills
• Proficiency in clerical tasks, data entry, and office management practices
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on supporting internal teams and external clients
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret data effectively
